1. Who we are GoDayWith is a marketplace platform connecting travellers with local hosts in Morocco. Our legal contact: [email protected]
2. Data we collect When you register: name, email, phone number, and profile photo. For hosts only: national ID document (used solely for identity verification, then deleted). Booking data: dates, messages, and payment records.
3. How we use your data To operate the platform, process bookings, send booking confirmations, and improve our service. We never sell your data to third parties. We never use it for advertising.
4. Data storage & security All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. ID documents are permanently deleted after host verification. We use Supabase (EU-hosted) for secure data storage.
5. Your rights You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days.
6. Cookies We use only essential cookies required for login sessions. No tracking or advertising cookies.

1. Acceptance By accessing or using godaywith.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.
2. The platform GoDayWith is a marketplace that connects travellers ("guests") with local experience providers ("hosts") in Morocco. GoDayWith is not a tour operator. Hosts are independent individuals, not employees of GoDayWith.
3. Bookings & payments All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include GoDayWith's service fee. Payment is processed securely at booking. Funds are held by GoDayWith and released to the host after the experience takes place.
4. Cancellation policy Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the experience date. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Hosts who cancel confirmed bookings may be subject to account suspension.
5. Host responsibilities Hosts must be 18 or older, provide accurate profile information, hold any required local permits, and conduct experiences in a safe, respectful manner. GoDayWith reserves the right to remove any host at any time.
6. Guest responsibilities Guests must treat hosts and their communities with respect. Any abusive, illegal, or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate account suspension and no refund.
7. Liability GoDayWith acts as an intermediary only. We are not liable for the conduct of hosts or guests, personal injury, loss of property, or any disputes arising from experiences. Guests participate at their own risk.
8. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir, Morocco.
